REFUND POLICY
Students are able to request a full refund of their course within 14 days of the course start date. To submit a refund request, please contact us at info@rebelway.net and provide your order number.
Installment payments will not be refunded unless requested before the first day of courses starting.
We do not offer refunds on course bundles unless none of the course bundle credits have been used. TUTORIALS AND INSTANT-ACCESS COURSES
Any courses/tutorials that are instant-accessed are not refundable.
BUNDLE REFUNDS
No refunds shall be given for bundles after the first course has been redeemed, regardless of the first-course start date. If a user fails to make their second payment on a bundle their account will be considered delinquent and they will be locked out of all courses purchased at Rebelway, including previously purchased courses outside of the bundle credit system until the second bundle payment is made.
EXCEPTIONS:
If a student is unable to attend the course due to a family personal tragedy, jury duty, military deployment, and/or illness, please email us at refund@rebelway.net with your information and the nature of the problem. Our team would be happy to transfer you to a future session so you can learn.
